It is peach season. I was lucky enough to have some peaches from Bishop’s Orchards. I made a Peach Raspberry Crisp, which was delicious!
Remember all those peaches on my counter? We had a few left over and we decided to make some Sweet Pepper and Peach Salsa.
I love canning fresh peaches, they look so pretty in the pantry! Not only are they beautiful to look at but eer so tasty in the middle of winter.
I made a very easy Peach Blueberry Cobbler using a Muffin Mix as the topping. Not only was it delicous but it came together so quickly!
This wonderful peach pie filling doesn’t only need to be used in pies; I’ve also used it in cobblers and crisps as well. It’s delicious!
