After making Crabapple Pleurry Jam I had some crabapples left over. I made a batch of Spiced Crabapple Jelly. This jelly is wonderful with chicken.
The pieces of red, orange and yellow pepper sparkle like jewels in this sparkling sweet pepper jelly. Perfect to enjoy with crackers and cream cheese.
Our wild blackberries have a lot of seeds so I don’t like to make jam with them. What I do like to make is blackberry jelly.
