This month I am celebrating two years of blogging. Each week I am hosting a giveaway, which relates to the categories I blog about. Last week was a giveaway for an Excalibur Food Dehydrator and a 4-pack of Thrive Live dehydrated food. Congratulations to Nancy A. our winner. She is well on her way to having a prudent pantry with these additions. She told me her husband is looking forward to making some jerky with their dehydrator!

Today begins the celebration of two years blogaversary for On the Home Front! For the next month or so I will be celebrating. On The Home Front has grown quite a bit over the last two years and I am so excited. I’ve met so many interesting bloggers and learned so much.  I wouldn’t be here without you, my faithful readers and to show my appreciation I am giving you the chance to enter some wonderful giveaways.

Each week I write about what is involved in having a “Prudent Pantry”. Having a well-stocked pantry is a wonderful feeling. You are then prepared for unexpected emergencies or company. Perhaps you live a distance from the store, having a well-stocked pantry means you are always prepared.

prudent living,

A well stocked pantry.

One of the ways I like to be prepared is by making use of my dehydrator. With my dehydrator I can preserve the garden’s bounty or make a healthy snack. Dehydrated foods don’t lose their nutritional value and the process is very simple. You’ll never have to run to the grocery store at the last minute for carrots or onions or potatoes if you have jars of the dehydrated version in your pantry. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate having a prudent pantry than by offering a Excalibur Dehydrator giveaway.

I love a full pantry!

She is also a consultant with Thrive Life and has added to the giveaway a four pack that includes a pantry can of sliced strawberries, passion fruit yogurt bites, sweet corn and tomato powder. With Andrea’s contribution you will be well on your way to having your own well-stocked pantry!
