This past fall my husband met a young woman who had created a product called Seeds in a Jar. In the jar were corn seeds, bean seeds, tomato seeds, sunflower seeds and butternut squash seeds. It was her desire that she would be able to introduce others to the joy of growing a garden and providing for their family.

My husband was given one Seeds in a Jar container for me to giveaway to one of my lucky readers! There is also a booklet that goes along with the Seeds in a Jar that has good information on choosing a garden spot, feeding your plants, saving seeds and much more. She even includes a cute print out of how far apart to plant your seeds. Along with the Seeds in a Jar I am also going to giveaway 4 of my Gete ohosomin squash seeds!Seeds In A Jar

If you are a seasoned gardener or someone that is planning a garden for the first time these are all wonderful seeds to plant this year. At the same time you will learn about raising chickens, plant basics as well as some information of goats.

The giveaway will run for one week which will give me plenty of time to mail your seeds to you in time to plant this gardening season! To enter click on the Rafflecopter below!Seeds In A Jar

I have been gardening ever since I was a child. My parents owned some land and we had several gardens. I have had large and small gardens depending on where we have lived. Sometimes, it was only in pots on the patio or in the window but I always garden and LOVE IT!

I used to garden with my mom as a child but haven’t as an adult as yet, but want to start soon, such precious memories and my mom could grow anything, vegetables or flowers, I learned a lot!

Nancy Wolff on March 22, 2017 9:48 pm

Sheri,
I learned from my mom as well, she always had a garden and was canning and freezing the vegetables!

I have helped others with their gardens but basically this will be my first garden this year.

What a wonderful giveaway; both for the old and young gardeners.
I’m a seasoned gardener. Grew up gardening with my mother……………..years and years ago.
Just planted 8 pepper plants along with some sweet baby finger carrots. I usually end up having more produce that what me and hubby can use so normally share with family and the neighbors. Also do some canning along with some freezing.
Thank you for this wonderful giveaway opportunity.
(sorry, I don’t do Facebook or Twitter)

This will be my first year.

Carla T on March 24, 2017 12:44 am

I am an in-between gardener. Just had my first sweet potatoes come up last year, but flooded out with other stuff. I keep trying though.

I just really love gardening. Whether the medium is dirt, water or even air there’s something about nourishing a living source that really intrigued me.
